Rest Day

Rest day. At first it is the day we look forward to most in our fitness journey. After a while working out becomes routine and on the days we don't exercise we may feel sluggish or a little guilty that we aren't doing our normal . At least for me this is how I feel. Other times I feel like "Yes, my rest day is here, forget working out I'm gonna lay here and do nothing all freaking day." And I love those days. Just food for thought, take that rest day. You need it, your body needs it. Taking a rest day or two is NOT going to hinder your progress or make you gain ten lbs. By taking that rest you are still making progress and trust me, it WILL show.
