Healthy During the Holidays

Im a little late posting this but addressing the difficulty with eating healthy during the holidays while everyone else is enduring in the wonderful greasy, and very unhealthy foods. So how do you battle difficulty? 1) bring your tasty, healthy recipe to your event. What I do is bring it with me and I don't tell anyone it's healthy until they've tried it and decided that it's delicious. They end up eating it along with me so it's a win, win. 2) take something in a small container for yourself, i.e fruit, yogurt, zucchini chips, kale chips. 3) eat the foods that are not too bad for you. Eat the grilled chicken, or burger without the bun and a teaspoon of mayo mixed with a teaspoon of mustard. It's neither greatest thing but it better than loading everything else on top. I like eating burgers like this and I use a fork to eat so it's not crazy messy. When it's not the holidays and I'm the one cooking, I tend to make chickpea burgers and turkey burgers this way. One of my favorites :) You can do this! (Even on the holidays)

Yummy fruit on the holiday weekend (red, yellow, blue, I didn't have anything white haha)
