Lifestyle changes are challenging. It is hard to break those bad habits and turn them into good ones. It is especially hard when the people around you are not into changing their lifestyle the way you are trying to. Take that challenge and make it your motivation. It is challenging and it is not easy but it WILL CHANGE you. Do it every day. Be as consistent as you can. Even when life gets in the way, doctors appointments, work, sickness, family emergencies, they happen. And that is OKAY! A day or two or even three missed is not going to make you lose what you have done so far. I miss a couple days here and there because I am a busy mom, full time night shift employee, and a full time nursing student. I miss days and I am learning to be okay with missing those days because my body NEEDS it. During those days, try to drink a little more water, try to keep snacking and meals clean. If you can't, it is okay. It is going to be hard. Nothing worth having is ever easy. Just don't give up. Never give up. This is worth it.
